Smart Earning Guide was founded by Mifern, from Goa. The idea started with job search — watching friends, family members and neighbours lose hours across a dozen different sites, confused by fake listings and hidden fees, and still not finding the right opportunity.
That job search became its own site: SEG Jobs, where you can search current openings from across India for free — no registration, no fees, direct links to each employer's own application page.
Smart Earning Guide is the other half of that idea: the guidance people needed before and after they found a listing. Knowing a job exists is not the same as knowing how to get it, or what to do once the offer arrives.
We believe every Indian deserves access to good opportunities regardless of their background, city or education level — and that the advice around those opportunities should be free, specific and honest about what it doesn't know.

We think you should know how the words on a page got there, so here it is plainly.
Our articles are drafted with the help of AI tools and then put through automated quality and accuracy checks before they are published. Those checks look for the things that matter most on a site like this — unsupported income claims, invented statistics, government figures stated as permanent facts, and advice that contradicts what our own data shows.
The numbers you see on our job pages are not written by anyone. Job counts, company counts, locations and categories are read live from our own database at the moment the page loads, so they cannot drift out of date or be exaggerated.
Two honest limits. Automated checks are not the same as a person reading every line, and salary figures anywhere on this site are approximate ranges rather than promises. Where a subject changes often — government recruitment in particular — we point you at the current official notification instead of freezing a number that will be wrong next cycle.
