Job Listings and Third-Party Data
Job listings on SEG Jobs are aggregated from third-party job data providers and public job portals, including Adzuna, JSearch, and India's National Career Service (NCS). Job data is provided by these sources; we display it, but we do not create, own, or verify it.
- We are not the employer and not a recruitment agency, placement consultant, or hiring intermediary.
- Listings may be inaccurate, outdated, already filled, or removed by the employer at any time. We refresh our data regularly, but we cannot guarantee any listing is still open.
- Salary figures shown as estimates are our own calculation based on role, location and company — they are not offers and not provided by the employer.
- We never charge job seekers any fee, and we will never ask you to pay for a job. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for money, it is a scam — please report it to us.
Any application you make is a matter between you and the employer. We are not a party to it and accept no responsibility for the outcome.
Use of Service
Both websites are free to use. SEG Jobs is a job search engine you can use to search and discover job opportunities; Smart Earning Guide publishes career and earning guides. You agree not to misuse either website, scrape data, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
The design, original text, and code of both websites are our property. Job listings and job descriptions belong to their respective employers and data providers, and are displayed under the terms those providers allow. Job data on SEG Jobs is provided in part by Adzuna.
Limitation of Liability
Neither website is liable for any damages arising from use of the service, inaccuracy of job listings, or decisions you make based on information found on either platform. The guides we publish are general information, not professional, financial, or legal advice.
Third Party Websites
Our platform links to third-party company websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
